As the Senior Change Advisor, you will support the Change Manager in identifying and developing effective change interventions.This is a contract until the December 2021. What you'll need to succeed: » Ensuring that change activities are aligned with the Change Management strategy » Identifying change impacts and the size gap between current and future state » Develop impact assessments and provide change advice across the programme » Supporting the embedding of a Change Management framework within the team. » Supporting the transition of the change approach from programme to BAU.
