Reporting to the Chief Operating agent as our Head of Business Partnerships, you will help New Zealand’s 500,000+ employers support their biggest asset – their people. In this significant senior leadership abilities function, you will lead around 200 dedicated ACC team members who partner with our business customers to achieve improved health results for New Zealand. You will be accountable for delivering a quality customer practice and continuing to build business trust and confidence in the ACC scheme, leading and developing strategic relationships at a national level. As the voice of our business customers internally you will also influence the strategic direction of ACC, championing our business customers in all conversations and ensuring we continue to add value for New Zealand employers. You will contact with teams across ACC including with those providing injury avoidance services and those managing the rehabilitation of injured employees.
