We are seeking for: » Sous Chef » Chef de Partie » Commis Chef With the theme of ‘cooking with fire’ we enjoy the use of our outdoor wood oven, open fire pits and cooking with charcoal and native woods. Our focus is on sustainably sourced, seasonal New Zealand produce. We are closed every Monday & Tuesday so two consecutive days off each week are guaranteed. We have confirmed that we will be closed for a break over Christmas to offer everyone the opportunity to spend time with friends and family (closed from Christmas Day reopening December 29th). Wages are negotiable depending on practice and function, but we pay at least the living wage ($23.65/hr) and staff meals provided when on duty. Skills:
