We are seeking for Front of House Staff to join our amazing team. Our Dog Friday, the 40-seater café/bar caters for YHA guests, visitors to Lake Tekapo and locals and will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as take-away meals. We have a position available working a minimum 35 hours per week. This position is fixed term from mid December 2021 to end of April 2022. You will be responsible for performing front-of-house operations of the café and bar and delivering outstanding customer service to our customers. Promoting Our Dog Friday as a prominent food and drink option for YHA guests, other travellers and locals, you will ensure the Food Safety Policy, Food Hygiene Management System are followed.
