The function You will be working within a friendly, outgoing contact centre team for a reputable New Zealand charity. This position will require you to answer inbound phone calls from a range of potential and existing customers. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, inputting information into computer systems, and where required contacting other services and teams to provide further assistance to the customer. The capability to multitask in this function is essential. The function requires you to have an impeccable phone manner, strong emotional intelligence, be tech-savvy, and display a strong desire to assist and provide exceptional customer service. The organisation You will be working for a well-known New Zealand company with charitable status. This organisation is a major employer and are known for their positive, everyday contributions to the wider community. Their modern office is located in Mt Wellington, offering easy parking options and a comfortable working environment. Hours and shifts This is a full-time function (40 hours per week). Your hours would be rostered 5 days a week (Monday - Sunday), between 7am and 7pm with potential weekend shifts Pay rate The rate of pay for this function is $23 per hour + 8% holiday pay.
