Backfill a secondment, running end-to-end Payroll for approximately 1000 employees. Other tasks Include: » Use Ascender Pay to run end-to-end Payroll processing for up to 1000 employees on a monthly basis » Assist with the administration of new hires, terminations, income changes and other HR administration » Calculate leave balances, ACC payments, taxation and various other pay related calculations » Answer internal queries regarding pay and deductions » Assist as necessary with a Payroll system upgrade and remediation process Desired practice: » 5+ years practice in end-to-end Payroll, preferably with a large private or public sector organisation » The capability to process end-to-end Payroll with minimal supervision, including an excellent expertise of the ERA and Holidays Act » Previous practice using Ascender Pay to process Payroll, or an capability to hit the ground running using new systems If you are available to start in 10 working days (or less) and are interested in this position, please APPLY NOW!
