Atu mo te mahi – About the function The work done by the Talent Advisor has a direct impact on our vision to deliver a national telehealth service, that efficiently meets the needs of our Service Users and provides a platform for continuous care, innovation, and improvement. Our ambition is to virtually support the people of Aotearoa to stay well and connect them seamlessly with care when they need it. The function involves: » working together with the Talent Business Partner to provide appropriate people solutions across the company, supporting our Hiring Managers through the recruitment process while maintaining a thoughtful and timely candidate practice » everyday recruitment activities that see you work through our (new and impressive) intuitive systems and with well-developed processes so you can be prosperous at every step as you build talent channels through to hire completion. this function is located in our Auckland office on College Hill. Pehea koe – About you Are you interested in a career change or pivoting from agency work into a company internal recruitment function? You will be someone who likes to be in a busy environment working in multiple portfolios and can easily balance administration compliance with a curiosity and respect for people as they transition in their careers. Your background could easily have been in administration or one of the other People and Culture disciplines and you would like to move into recruitment. Perhaps you recently graduated with an HR discipline and are looking for your first function? But the most valuable offering you bring is a passion for people and the capability to ask great questions that broaden the possibilities of what a candidate can offer.
