About the function: As a Candidate Resourcer you will be supporting the Wellington Recruitment Consultants with the full recruitment process, as well as creating a pool of general candidates for our database. Key responsibilities of the position include: • Sourcing candidates through SEEK, LinkedIn and our database • Writing job ads; general and job specific • Phone-screen candidate profiles • Interviewing candidates face to face • Using search platforms and networks to find the best talent in the market • Undertaking candidate references • Background checks and testing • Adhoc/general administration ? ? expertise and practice: To be prosperous in securing this function you will ideally: • Be highly organised with the capability to multi-task. • The confidence to pick up the phone and proactively approach candidates. • Be tenacious, competitive, resilient, & enjoy working towards Success! • Previous recruitment practice (advantageous but not essential).
