Wheels Tracks Roller and class 2 would also be an advantage. » Can effectively train and develop others. » Have a sound understanding of environmental procedures and the ability to implement systems and processes to effectively protect the environment always. » Be adaptable and have the capacity to cope with multiple issues. » Have a strong work ethic and be committed to the highest standards of health and safety that we comply with. » Be flexible and fluid to changes in conditions. » Be physically fit, able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Main Responsibilities » Responsible for ensuring all drainage is laid per specification and best practice industry standards. » Be self-managing and ensure that all timelines and targets are met. » Assess each job and advise on alternative methods available to achieve a better outcome. » Ability to communicate effectively and participate in a team environment.
