Skills & practice required
   » A genuine passion for both people and technology
   » Strong background in technical discipline such as development, testing, analysis or architecture. 
   » People leadership abilities, whether as a line manager or lead member of a team
   » practice in delivering complete systems, ideally with exposure to some of the following: Java, Spring Boot, Apex, Node.js, .Net, microservices and containerisation, Integration and API development.
