great opportunity for a Change & Release Manager for global organisation offering a full range of technology products, solutions and services to cutomers on a global scale.
My client for a Change & Release Manager to manage the ITIL Change Management Life Cycle in an Information technology Infrastructure environment. We're talking end-to-end Change Management, CAB meetings, emergency change approvals etc. To do this effectively, you're going to have to really get to know the business and the people in it. In effect, you will be an integral part of their organization.
The vision or overall outcome of the function is providing a great customer practice, as well as organisational confidence and risk-reduction as changes are implemented.
Building your own path to success:
To thrive in this function, we would envisage you having:
   » Proven practice in the field of Change and Release Management connected with enterprise-level organisation
   » Exceptional customer focus and a service / results orientated approach in dealing with your client, in conjunction with an analytical bent and a talent for problem solving
   » Proven practice in the use of an ITSM tool
   » Proven knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop, Server Operating Systems and Networking
   » Advanced Excel expertise to support your information and financial reporting responsibilities
   » ITIL V4 Foundation certification
