The ideal person for this role will need to be able is to assist the NZ Business development manager to secure business from new customers and existing customers in accordance with set objectives for sales revenue and gross margin. As well as assisting with tracking and managing the equipment process liaising with the logistics, engineering, and local logistics teams to ensure the smooth delivery of projects for the New Zealand market. Our client is a world leader in air conditioning systems, services and solutions. They assist customers by successfully providing innovative solutions that optimise indoor environments. Through a broad portfolio of energy-efficient heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems, building and contracting and energy services, parts support and advanced control for homes and commercial buildings. To be successful: You would need proven Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Attributes, and Qualifications within the ideally in air conditioning systems and services. You will be a person who has a great attitude, integrity and professional pride. Skills & Experience: » Tertiary qualifications in a similar field (desirable) or Trade qualifications in a related discipline experience » Self-motivated/independent person, taking focus and ownership of all team and personal goals » Maintain high standards of personal and team responsibility » Effective communication skills - both written and verbal » Effective interpersonal skills including ability to clarify and resolve customer service issues » Highly developed customer focus » High level of attention to detail » Excellent organising and time management skills » Be a self-motivated/independent person, taking focus and ownership of all team and personal goals » Maintain high standards of personal and team responsibility » Effective communication skills - both written and verbal » Effective interpersonal skills including ability to clarify and resolve customer service issues » Highly developed customer focus » High level of attention to detail » Excellent organising and time management skills » IT competence - MS Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint » Knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety responsibilities specific to the area of work » Understanding of health and safety culture and operational information in New Zealand » Valid Full Driver's License Package benefits will include: Competitive remuneration package including company benefits based on experience and skill set.
