In this function you will be reporting into the Office Manager/EA in this Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 5pm function. About the function: In this function you will be the friendly frontline person for the company and supporting the running of the Auckland office and providing admin support to the wider team. Responsibilities include: · General office management · Meeting and greeting clients, telephone, and office enquiries · Ordering of stationery and office supplies · Organising and maintaining board and meeting rooms · Arranging travel · Credit card reconciliations · Minute taking and recording meetings notes and actions when required · Liaising with company Chef and ensuring kitchen is stocked with required food About You: · You have previous admin practice · You have great organisation expertise and attention to detail · You have a positive “can do” attitude · You will have excellent verbal and written communication expertise · This would be a great function if you are looking to step into a corporate office environment! · You are able to work on-site Monday -Friday 8:30am – 5pm Apply Now!
