They are looking for a Software Quality Specialist to join the team and take responsibility for developing, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing test plans, test scripts, and test methodologies for automation that ensure adequate testing of all assigned software systems to ensure compliance with system requirements and specifications. There are equal parts manual and test automation responsibilities. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKSAs a Quality specialist, you will work as part of a development scrum team, key responsibilities include:Improve coverage of automated testing for our existing products. Design, implement and maintain testing environments, as required. Design, implement and maintain automated test scripts, as required. Plan, develop, and execute system and regression level testing scenarios, when required. Measure system performance on multi-user platforms, when required. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES» Good team player» Quick learner » Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium or Cucumber. » Degree or study in Computer Science/ Mechanical Engineering, Software Testing, or related field would be an added advantage. Engineering background is preferred. » Exposure to Scrum based Agile project methodology would be an advantage. 3-6 months assignment with extension - competitive pay rate.
