The Employer
Our client is a charitable trust has over 1,000 employees nationwide and provides a wonderful range of health and social services that are located on client results. A growing organisation that makes a positive impact on society!
The function
An exciting opportunity as this is a newly created function. We are seeking for a Resourcing Manager to lead and manage a Resourcing team which includes onboarding team functions, working collaboratively with all Management, Service and Support teams
• You will provide optimal scheduling practices to deliver quality services to the clients supported ensuring that services are allocated efficiently and effectively; working closely with the Regional Managers to minimise the risk of service failure, prioritising the most vulnerable
• Lead the centralised on-boarding team to ensure a responsive and professional entry point for both funder referrals and new/exiting staff
• Lead effective recruitment, selection, orientation, and management procedures for staff including regular continuing performance discussions
• Supervise and mentor your direct reports (onboarding team, admin etc)
• Manage all resources wisely to ensure financial sustaincapability.
• Contribute to the continuing development and improvement of services – externally for the people supported and for internal staff.
• Develop and achieve annual budgeting targets
• Ensure the achievement of performance targets
• Ensures risks, issues and complaints are well managed with an embedded team culture of learning from mistakes and individual empowerment

• Will be an practiced Manager having led a team, with project, change management and new service initiative practice
• With a demonstrated capability to build relationships, communicate and collaborative effectively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders across a diverse cultural setting
• Effective report writing expertise
• practice developing and managing finances
• Demonstrable negotiation and conflict resolution expertise
• Possessing a management/business or a leadership abilities qualification, or equivalent work practice
