Ko t? m?tou mahi – Our function
The Performance Analyst will ensure that performance data is accurately gathered, analysed, reported and monitored.
This will have a particular focus on K?inga Ora’s M?ori strategic plan and plan implementation, and will include creating and refining data-driven reports as part of wider reporting schedules, such as the CE’s report, HUD report card, Board reports and requests, Te Tira M?ori requests and Te Arawhiti M?ori monitoring reports.
You will also work in a way that upholds M?ori Data Sovereignty, recognising data as a t?onga and its strategic value to M?ori.

   » An aptitude for identifying, collating, organising and analysing data to provide significant information
   » The capability to synthesise information to understand drivers of trends and issues, and connect operational activity with strategic results
   » A strong knowledge of operational and financial reporting
   » The demonstrated capability to clearly and concisely convey information and ideas in both oral and written communication
   » An consciousness of the implications of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its respective interpretations by iwi/hap?
   » A commitment to supporting and participating in the development of an organisation grounded in Te Ao M?ori.
