This company specialise in aviation and the traffic management of planes coming in and out of the airport. As the team and company is growing, Information technology is an exciting time to come on board and be a part of the journey. This is a newly developed function so you will be required to make Information technology your own. This company pride themselves on creating a positive impact on their clients and customers. About the function: You will be working with the Flight Operations team to manage and maintain functions in relation to the learning and development system. You will be reporting to the Training Manager who is an ex pilot and has amazing experiencing the industry to lgain from. Your function will include but not limited to: » Researching and planning further development of training materials » Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and trends » Lead the LMS system » Assist in the development of policies, procedures and instructions » The go to person for any training questions » Managing the training calendar » Providing monthly matrix About you: » Excellent communication expertise, both verbal and written » Solid knowledge and practice with all Microsoft Office and Learning systems » Three years' practice in either internal or external learning design and development » Previous Training coordination practice - Excellent administration and coordination practice » Ideally you will have practice within the airfreight industry or an eagerness to learn Application Process: If you are ready to step into a function with opportunity, progression, and an excellent company culture, click APPLY NOW!
