Production Night Shift - Team LeadJob location:Auckland Waitakere & West Auckland Work Type: Permanent » » » » Great West Auckland Location with onsite parking » ASAP start - Monday to Thursday, NO WEEKENDS!! » Permanent function – $26 to $28 p/hour The Company An established sweet baked goods manufacturer that has been in the industry since 1986. In a massive phase of growth, heavily focussing on New Product development and consistent growth, this fast-paced function will set you up for success in delivering on big demands in the foodservice and FMCG sector. this function is Monday – Thursday with a 4PM or 6PM start (with 8-10 hour shifts). Absolutely no weekend work here! You will be superviseing the day-to-day operations of the Production Division on Nightshift. You will be supporting, training and managing roughly 8-10 nightshift staff. As the production lead you’ll also need to organise temporary staff when needed. Some other responsibilities will be reporting and investigating, working collaboratively with management to deliver on business requirements and always working on continuous improvement to do with the operations.
