Role & Responsibilities This position offers a great balance between account management of existing clients & driving new business through cold calling, client visits, networking and promotion. During busier periods, there may be operational support needed to assist in arranging courses. The overarching aim is to supper the National Sales Manager in maintaining their position as a premium player within the industry. Purpose will include; - Taking ownership of B2B sales & ongoing account management for commercial clients. - Interacting with clients in a consultative format, providing them with specific product knowledge & return on investment criteria. - Personal leadership shown through driving productivity & effectiveness in your role. - Strength & ability in moving clients through the full sales journey & striving towards individual KPIS.
