Our client requires is a key function player in the market andrequires the services of a Reception / Administrator to support their team fora 2-week period (with a possibility to extend)

Your tasks will include:
   »
Answering phones & greeting clients
   »
Organising incoming mail and outgoing couriers
   »
Ordering stationary/groceries and other officesupplies
   »
Maintain reception area in a clean and tidy mannerat all times
   »
Assisting the training team with bookings, coursematerials and certifications
   »
Accounts tasks such as billing, banking andentering invoices
   »
Manage all training and meeting room set-up andtear down as required
   »
Co-ordinate training outreach and convertingtraining renewal notifications by phone and email into confirmed bookings
