The Park Hotel Ruapehu is seeking an energetic and practiced Guest Services Agent.
As a Guest Service Agent  – You will provide a high level of customer service to all guests, ensuring all is in order from the booking stage to when they check out. The capability to multi-task under pressure is a must, all while ensuring a positive guest practice. practice with Guest Centrix is a positive, however full training will be provided. You may be asked to help in other departments when required, so flexibility is essential.
You must be able to work rostered shifts, weekends and Public Holidays. National Park is just half an hours drive to the Whakapapa Ski Field, so if you enjoy skiing/boarding you will love Information technology here!

expertise and practice

You'll have a great attitude and take pride in your work
A high level of attention to detail.
The capability to communicate and work effectively
candidates must have NZ Residency or a valid NZ Work Visa.
