Job Offer: Coordinator:ACC_hainesJob description:Job DescriptionWe are pursuing a superstar Coordinator to join the Enterprise Change Delivery team in ACC. You will be assigned to the Maori Health Solutions team – Te Ara Totara.Te Ara Totaras mahi (the honourable path) focusses on the wellbeing of whanau through developing kaupapa Maori health solutions by partnering with Maori to design and deliver whanau-centred health services and avoidance initiatives across the motu. Mo tenei turana mahi – About this function: As a Coordinator within Te Ara Totara, you will play a crucial function in supporting your team to plan hui and events (including all logistics), in session note taking, event coordination, procurement contract support, invoice management, finance support and general documentation. You are essentially the glue that holds the team together. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, in the context of a partnership environment. Together, we aim to enable quality practices and results for our kiritaki and their whanau. Key Job responsibilities: » Planning hui and events across the motu including logistics » Monthly procurement, invoice and finance support » Document management » Stakeholder engagement with internal and external partners Ko wai koe – About you: To be prosperous in this function, you should possess the following qualities, knowledge, and expertise: » Knowledge of te ao Maori and a matauranga Maori mindset » Knowledge of cultural protocols » The capability to communicate clearly and thoughtfully » Customer focus and relationship management expertise » Inclusive, approachable, and team-focused working style » Event planning practice » An knowledge of finances (this can be taught) » Highly organised Information session: We are hosting an online information session at 2pm on Wednesday, 11 October 2023, where you can lgain more about the function and the team responsible for this important mahi.
