To manage local relationships with key outsourced property services provider(s).You will lead the implementation & application of consistent global risk, compliance & business management practices ensuring alignment with global Group Property's strategic and operational plans. About you: To be prosperous in this function, Information technology is essential you have broad leadership abilities practice from a multi-faceted organisation with an broad property portfolio spanning nationally. You will ideally have managed outsourced functionality and service providers and have been instrumental in driving a complex property portfolio strategy. The function will require Somebody with excellent commercial acumen, to comprehend and develop budgets. You will have an excellent knowledge of the legislation around property, leases, and compliance.
