Located in Grafton you will be working as part of a motivated Stores/Inventory/mailroom team working full time hours. Starting asap for the next 1-3 months this is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your supply chain knowledge working within a large and complex organisation. tasks include: » Processing incoming mail and packages » Distribution of mail and packages around a large organisation » Ensure stock incoming is correct and not damaged » Labelling » Stock rotation » Stock issues including stock returns, missing stock and over stock levels » Other adhoc tasks as they arise » contact directly with suppliers » Keep Oracle updated To be considered you will ideally have: » NCEA level 3 and/or other qualifications » Previous stores/inventory practice » An knowledge of how a warehouse works » The capability to follow instructions and work well within a team » Be fit and happy with manual lifting and moving stock around a large organisation If this sounds like you and you are available to start immediately then apply now.
