If you are dedicated and passionate about the function creativity and the arts has in enhancing the expertise and lives of children and young people through innovative programming and partnerships, this is the function for you.In the function you will manage, develop and deliver a range of engaging events, activities and projectsfor, with and by tamariki and rangatahi.This position will be primarily located at Capital E. This is part of a newly expanded team which draws in diverse audiences to understand, enjoy and form a deeper appreciation of our practices. Each member of the team brings different expertise and lenses to their programming, and holds responsibility for different portfolios - Science, Art, History and, in this case, Children and Young People. You will work collaboratively with this team andacross the six sites of practice Wellington. This is a great opportunity to join a new and innovative team to make a vital contribution to creative lives of children and young people, working in close collaboration with artists, creative practitioners, partners and stakeholders. In addition, you embrace the journey towards te ao M?ori, looking for opportunities to both improve your own expertise, but how to provide a M?ori dimension to everything we do. We are seeking for a person who brings deep practice and broad expertise around developing, implementing and evaluating programming for, with and by children and young people, as well as energy, imagination and resourcefulness.
