About the role As part of a team of customer service reps, the primary purpose of your role is to provide exceptional service to clients and build ongoing relationships. Resonsibilities also include - supplying technical information about all products to customers (once you have been trained!) & preparing quotations for customers and following up. Liaise with the purchasing department on stock levels & provide support to the sales team. Prepare required reports and keep accurate customer and sales records. This is a varied role where you will learn about both a range of departments within the business, part of your onboarding with include going out with sales reps to meet clients and learning about supply chain. Skills & experience required - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Experience in a sales & customer service role ideally working with KPIS. - Computer and systems knowledge, ability to learn new systems. - Ability to work well within a team & hold positive working relationships. - Great negotiation skills & accountability for the workload.
