Manager Planning and Reporting function
As the Manager Planning and Reporting you will be responsible for the Service's Planning and Reporting functions, providing strategic business advice and support across the Survivor practices Service. You will lead strategic and annual planning, data analysis, performance measurement and reporting, business assurance, service design and project implementation for the Service.
To be prosperous in this function you will have:
   » A good knowledge of government planning and reporting processes.
   » A good knowledge of analysis and reporting tools, processes and frameworks with broad practice applying these in different environments and influencing people outside your immediate team, including senior managers
   » The capability to communicate with credibility and convey complex information to a range of audiences with practice preparing plans and reports that are fit for purpose and tailored to the audience
   » practice developing and implementing business improvement projects and initiatives
   » Resilience and empathy with emotional strength, sound judgement and tact in dealing with complex and sensitive issues
   » Strong organisational expertise to be able to work under the pressure of multiple demands without compromising quality or delivery
   » People and team leadership abilities expertise, including the capability to motivate and inspire others
You’ll be joining a team passionate about supporting survivors of trauma from abuse in care. This is a new function giving you the capability to shape the Planning and Reporting function to meet the needs of the Service and our stakeholders. You will work collaboratively with the rest of the leadership abilities Team to help guide the development of the Service to ensure Information technology is best meeting the needs of Survivors. This is your opportunity to make a positive difference and increase access to support and healing for the those who have practiced abuse in care.
