A new and exciting opportunity to become a champion for all things digital across Te Pou and Blueprint for Learning.
Summary
Te Pou and Blueprint for Learning (Blueprint) are both currently experiencing strong demand for their products and skills in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. The health sector and the community are working to provide greater access to, and choice of, mental health and addiction services in the wake of ?He Ara Oranga, the Report of the Government Inquiry into Mental Health and Addiction'.
this function will effectively support planning, implementation and evaluation of digital marketing and communications activities across Te Pou and Blueprint. You'll also provide support for our offline marketing communication activities.
This is a full-time function, and can be located in Ellerslie, Auckland or Hamilton East. Working 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday, 8.30am- 5.00pm.
To be prosperous in this function you will need to be able to undertake the following:
   » Work collaboratively with the Senior Communications and Engagement Advisors and the Te Pou/Blueprint team to implement actions within the communications strategy and effectively share our stories across a range of channels to various audiences.
   » Support the execution of the social media strategy (across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube), including the development and implementation of an engaging content strategy to increase audience engagement.
   » Create engaging content to use on the Te Pou website and across Te Pou's social channels, utilising imagery, text, and video.
   » Maintain the quality of Te Pou's website by ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate and significant while supporting the creation of new content through editing, proofreading, and formatting. Ensure consistent style and brand voice.
   » Understand and implement SEO best practices.
   » Provide support and basic training to staff on formatting and publishing content to the website.
   » Provide effective and proactive support for marketing and communication activities.
   » Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

We are seeking for Somebody with a passion for social media and digital communications. You will be an excellent writer, adept at both creative and more formal writing, as well as digitally-savvy, capable of managing multiple social media and online platforms.
A significant tertiary qualification in media, communications, marketing or related field, and expertise of the New Zealand health sector, in particular the non-government and community sector would be an advantage.
You will use culturally safe and respectful practices in your work and embrace diversity and demonstrate inclusive behaviours.
The Covid-19 Public Health (Vaccination) Order requires the full vaccination of anyone conducting high-risk work in the health and discapability sector, or who does not necessarily provide a health service but works in a function that requires frequent contact/engagement with those who do. Therefore all workers within the Wise Group are required by the Order to be vaccinated.
