My client is on the lookout for a Machine operator to run the packing machine at its maximum level of efficiency to meet customer requirements. Some of your responsibilities will be: » Set up and run the packing machine to meet customer specifications » Ensuring you have everyday packaging plans and are meeting targets » Support and follow H&S and report any workplace hazards » Supporting the training of new team members working alongside the packing line » Working collaboratively with management for continuous improvements » Reporting and providing documentation any issues involving the product line To be prosperous in this function: If you’re someone who wants a challenge, is a great team player and is ready to roll your sleeves up, then this function is for you. » Have general expertise of machinery operation » Have great written and verbal communication expertise and can work as a team » Be a problem solver and capability to manage tasks » Be highly organised » Have a positive attitude and is resilient, able to manage conflict and make decisions » expertise of a packhouse system and process is beneficial but not necessary advantages: Enjoy a mix of benefits this organisation has to offer.
