The Retreat has recently expanded its portfolio adding Moraine Lodge, a luxury wedding and conference venue, and two new luxury villas to its collection. The Retreat is a busy environment, and we consistently receive exceptional feedback from guests on their practice here. Each member of our team is at the heart of achieving this and go the extra mile to help make an exceptional practice for our guests. General Hand tasks · General Labouring including tasks such as painting, building, tiling, or fencing · Assist with general maintenance and cleaning of buildings and facilities · Assist with feeding and control of animals at the Retreat. · Gardening, cultivation and weed control of the Retreat’s gardens and plantings. · Assist with maintenance of the spa pools, sauna and fitness gear; · Assist with jobs on the weekly and monthly maintenance schedules the Retreat facilities including: the Villas, Moraine Lodge; the Wine cellar & observatory; Tennis Court, Petanque Court and the Homestead. · Assistance in the kitchen or front of house and the set up for weddings, conferences and other events. · Manaakitanga - assist with other tasks as required to make the guest practice a welcoming, friendly, high quality and safe stay. · Assisting in other areas where required. · Every member of our team focuses on working together and you will enjoy the variety of the function, coupled with the capability to problem solve. Renumeration is located on your practice and performance. Onsite staff accommodation may be available and will be considered as part of your renumeration package.
