Reporting to the Delivery Lead, the Project Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver construction projects in conformity with the internal project delivery framework. This client-side project management function requires a proactive individual with exceptional written and verbal communication expertise to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders from senior management to the supply chain.
Key Deliverables:
   » Work with key stakeholders, Delivery Lead and wider GIQ Planning Team to define each project, facilitate design and take responsibility/ accountcapability for prosperous project delivery
   » Develop and maintain all project documentation outlined in the internal project delivery framework to satisfy the requirements of each approval gateway
   » Contribute to the continual development of internal project processes and templates which align with Prince2 and MSP
   » Manage relationships with the supply market, specifically design consultants and contractors
   » Evaluate and assess the project upon completion to identify lessons learnt that can be introduced to the delivery of subsequent projects

expertise, expertise and practice:
   » Commercial acumen with practice in consultant and contractor contract negotiation
   » Proven professional with credibility to engage effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders
   » Solid organization expertise including attention to detail, time management and multitasking expertise
   » Previous practice in project delivery of property, facilities and/or infrastructure will be an advantage
   » Industry practice and short professional courses in Project/Contract management (i.e. Prince2, MSP)
