Opportunity for an practiced Learning and Development Advisor to join a leading organisation in the Auckland CBD.
Contract 6-8 weeks

Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager this function will be responsible for delivering advisory and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Job responsibilities:
   » Provide support to adult learners
   » Transcripts management
   » Coordinate training registrations
   » Learning database management
   » Manage learner progress and tracking
   » Coordinate the delivery of learning delivery materials
   » Third party training events tracking
The function is a blend of advisory and coordination, and will involve support and advisory to adult learners, and  provide an authentic appreciation of the challenges facing the internal clients.

practice with learning coordination or advisory in an educational institution or a commercial Learning and Development background will be essential- and a basic knowledge of NZQA practices and regulatory framework will be well regarded.
