Weekends Off - Working Outdoors » Weekly Pay - PPE gear provided - Variety of work » Temp to Perm Opportunities - On the job training Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our chip sealing team. In this role, you will assist with the application of chip seal to road surfaces, helping to enhance durability and safety. Key Responsibilities: »Site Preparation: Assist in setting up work areas, including traffic control measures and safety equipment. »Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport chip seal materials to ensure efficient workflow. »Application Support: Help apply sealant and aggregate to surfaces, following guidelines to ensure quality and safety. »Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in chip sealing operations. »Site Clean-Up: Ensure work areas are kept clean and organised at the end of each day. »Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety training to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications: » Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods. » Strong teamwork and communication skills. » Willingness to learn and follow instructions. » Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance is a plus but not required.
