Our client is New Zealand containment specialists, delivering materials, handling storage, packaging, and distributing solutions to industrial, commercial, horticultural, and agricultural customers. They are now looking for an energised Customer Services Representative to join their team in Hamilton.
The Role
This is an outstanding opportunity for an energised and bubbly individual. You will report to the National Customer Services Lead and be responsible for the day-to-day care of their customers including supporting the Sales Representatives in the field.
You will be responsible for:
   » Achieving monthly sales targets as a part of a National Customer Services Team
   » Managing daily interactions with customers and ensuring needs are met in a timely and professional manner
   » Sales administration tasks including the processing of sales, orders, quotations, and customer relationship management
   » Manage the showroom with help from another Customer Services team member
   » Manage stock levels, stock transfers, and dispatching small orders when required

About You
The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
   » Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role
   » Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
   » Strong communication skills
   » Experience with SAP or similar software systems is preferred but not essential
   » Great phone etiquette
   » Enjoys building relationships
   » Ability to prioritise
   » Works well under pressure
   » A team player
   » Ability to multitask and use initiative
