To be succesful in this function, you will have: » Strong analytical expertise and a minimum of 10 years' solid Business Analyst practice, which must have been gained from working in a variety of large-scale and enterprise wide BA functions, in a project delivery setting. » A solid knowledge and knowledge of working with stakeholders to complete process mapping exercises » practice of working on the identification of current state analysis to understand the ?change gap' between current and future state » practice of being able to think end-to-end and of developing end-to-end processes is a core requirement of this function » practice of working with Change Management and Project Management Teams as a core member who provides input to the organisational change effort. » Strong problem solving, process issues triaging and root cause identification expertise.
