Whatever your reason, we'd love to see you here.We are pursuing a Senior Policy Planner to join our District Planning team in the delivery of District Plan review work, and the provision of high-level planning advice to the public, consultants, councillors and staff. At WDC we undergo a rolling review process in maintaining the District Plan, so there is a steady flow of work toward interesting plan changes. This is a great chance to make your mark with frequent opportunities to use your skills and skills in consultation and engagement, report and evidence preparation and hearings and appeals processes. We are a rapidly growing district, and this function offers a huge opportunity to contribute in a positive way to shaping the growth and development of our district.
