Te ?huatunga a te t?ranga – About the function
As a Pae Tukutuku Poutama you are responsible for the registration of land titles, records integrity and record storage including the data in the system. A key function of this function is the on-going data and business information verification, maintenance and quality storage and care of all Court records including land titles, court orders, permanent paper records and other historical information of business and cultural significance. Your colleagues’ value you as a team player known for solid judgement and high accuracy in your work.
You’ll be supported to grow your knowledge of our processes, significant legislation, regulations and acts. You will enjoy building relationships with your team and the Judiciary. This is a function you can build and grow your expertise in and make a genuine positive difference to your career as well as for M?ori landowners.
Key Job responsibilities:
   » Provide information relating to the record of the court and title registrations
   » Participate in and support business initiatives
   » Undertake and ensure the safe archiving, storage and filing of Court records in conformity with documented procedures and national standards
   » Implement and operate within the protocols, access permissions and security guidelines
   » Contribute to a positive team culture that enables the high performance of the immediate team and organisation

income range
The appointing income for this function will be between $50,128 to $70,768. Starting income of the prosperous candidate will be located on their expertise and practice.
