   » 8-10+ years of construction experience.
   » Large Commercial Project Experience
   » Fixed Term Contract till December 2024
   » Ensure all necessary materials, equipment and testing are completed to support project progress.
   » Responsible for site safety
   » Ensure the entire construction site is safe for workers and visitors, and manage compliance with safety policies established for the project.
   » Work with larger project teams to forecast and manage field staffing and manage labor productivity, equipment, materials, tools, and other considerations.
   » Understand, review, and manage manufacturer specifications and data to execute projects based on said documentation.
   » Check construction drawings and documents for completeness and constructability.
   » Master project management and 3-week forecast schedule, including weekly master schedule updates.
   » Attend resource meetings with workforce needs forecasts.
   » Create RFIs (requests for information) as necessary to ensure completeness of project documents and identify and clarify any discrepancies.
   » Review the submission for compliance with the project manual and plan, manufacturer's recommendations and codes, or other standards applicable to the system.
   » Manage the quality control program required for the project with the project team.
   » Perform pre-construction planning.
   » Conduct on-site project meetings with subcontractors and construction sales personnel.
