They require someone to provide insight, ER skills and to assess the people impact of these changes. Working with the other HR Business Partners and key HR stakeholders you will be fully connected to the Human Resources Team as they build up to full capacity. You will also be fully utilised on Ministry wide projects to set the team up for a great 2022.
