   » practiced in application packaging, scripting, and application deployment methods
   » Must be confident and practiced in Installsheild scripting and deployment
   » Strong Powershell App Deployment practice
   » Strong SCCM / application packaging practice
   » Strong practice with Group Policy Management
   » Strong expertise troubleshooting basic network, software, printing problems
   » practiced in the installation, configuration and continuing uscapability of computer and communication devices, peripheral equipment and software
   » Administration practice of Exchange and MS Active Directory users, groups and policies
   » Excellent time management and self-management expertise
   » Excellent written and verbal communication expertise
   » Strong negotiation, delegation and diplomacy expertise
   » Collaborative working style
