About the Position:
We’re looking for someone to join this small team with broad mortgage operations practice. You may be working in a law firm or in a lending position within the banking or finance industry, but some degree of lending nous is needed and will ensure your quick success in this function.
The primary purpose of this function is to support the credit team all over the entire application process as well as post settlement tasks. You will be absolutely pivotal to people’s practice with the business. You will literally be in a key position that will drive the speed of growth here!
You will be a pro when Information technology comes to:
• Preparing lending applications - significantly for residential property
• Familiar with loan documents, working with lending conditions, and can get your head around a lending deal.
• knowledge the platform to identify and rectify issues quickly and correctly
• Sharing your knowledge in order to support others
• Building internal and external relationships
• Strong attention to detail, pedantic even!
• Coping with stuff that’s outside the normal box
• Strong collaboration required with the credit, finance, and customer teams, and does a great job liaising with external parties (e.g., Lawyers and customers)

You are someone who is ambitious about contributing to a growing Kiwi business, you have strong commercial acumen along with epic communication expertise and bring an upbeat and positive energy to any team environment; putting pride and passion into your work whilst being able to have a laugh along the way.
You're able to build rapport with a diverse range of clientele and are motivated to provide New Zealanders with top-quality financial advice. You will bring sound knowledge around residential mortgage lending (existing dwellings as well as new developments) having ideally come from a banking or financial advisory background and will be able to bring industry knowledge that others can lgain from.
