About our group The Web and Applications Services team provides business analysis, development, and testing for over 60 priority business applications. About the function We have some exciting opportunities for an practiced Senior Business Analyst with a technical lens. This is a permanent function and sits within the Application Delivery Funding team which is part of a much wider ICT capcapability. The Application Delivery Funding team is responsible for delivering business analysis services to multiple business groups supporting their applications, and are embarking on a transition into continuous improvement value streams, employing agile methodologies across all aspects of the software development lifecycle. About you As the ideal candidate you will need to have a minimum of four to five years practice as a Business Analyst or Lead BA and bring a range of expertise and practice in the following areas: » practice and expertise with agile delivery methodologies Scrum, Kanban, LEAN is a must have for our current team and project requirements » practice in any or all of the following: SCRUM master, Application delivery for property, finance or banking sector, using SQL would be an advantage » Success in gathering and analysing business requirements across different user groups, and provide advice on technical and business solutions » You will be practiced in analysing complex issues and developing effective options for action » Excellent relationship, communication and writing expertise We are an organisation that values our staff; we offer flexible work hours and provide opportunity for personal development and learning.
