Position Overview: Hollings First are actively seeking a skilled Fabricator of Windows and Doors to join their production team based out of the Masterton based workshop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabricating aluminium windows and doors, coupled with a great attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional products. Responsibilities: - Fabricate windows and doors according to specified dimensions and design requirements. - Operate fabrication machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. - Assemble and install hardware components, such as locks, hinges, and handles. - Perform quality checks throughout the fabrication process to ensure products meet company standards. - Collaborate with colleagues to enhance production processes and improve efficiency. - Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety and productivity standards. - Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations. What you'll bring to the table: - Is passionate and riven to create great windows - Has good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. - A willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas and share techniques.
