A key part of the position is improving the capcapability of Hiring Managers to ensure a more effective recruitment process and positive candidate practice. tasks: • Provide accurate, timely, and knowledgeable recruitment support and advice • Provide advice to Hiring Managers on their recruitment processes and technology • Ensure recruitment processes and practices comply with all significant employment legislation and Public Service Commission guidelines • Build recruitment capcapability among Hiring managers by delivering recruitment training and coaching • Ensure confidentiality and privacy of information is maintained • Work in collaboration with the wider People practice team to support the development of the Ministry’s brand • Partner with Strategic People practice Business Partners to understand business pressures and needs expertise and practice: • A significant tertiary qualification in human resources, or significant practice in a related discipline is desirable • practice using recruitment technology and tools • practice coordinating recruitment processes and knowledge of behavioural located selection techniques • Adapts easily and quickly to changing environments and is responsive to varying business demands • Willing to travel, occasionally to fulfil job requirements How to submit the application: Click APPLY NOW to submit your CV to Kayleigh Housden, Recruitment Consultant to be considered for this function.
