We are seeking for an practiced Project Manager, Equity to join our growing team. The individual We are pursuing must be committed to delivering projects that uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi and ?ritetanga (equity). This involves mitigating bias and the promotion of M?ori health equity. You will work strategically with key stakeholders to deliver projects, service reviews and improvement initiatives that deliver significant change, eliminate inequities and ensure compliance with Te Tiriti o Waitangi. In this function you will be expected to: » Centralise m?tauranga M?ori and taonga tuku iho within projects, programmes of work and service design, development and delivery » Plan, execute, monitor and close projects and improvement initiatives within a defined/agreed scope » Ensure all projects are designed to prioritise M?ori health equity - supporting the organisation to comply with Te Tiriti o Waitangi » Manage project teams and collaborate with stakeholders, including iwi, hapu and mana whenua.
