Our newly established M?ori Strategy and Performance (MSP) branch has been created to strengthen Te Tari Taiwhenua's capcapability to build enduring equitable and positive M?ori Crown relationships. The new branch provides greater M?ori leadership abilities and resourcing alongside established whole of organisation strategy, governance and performance functions. Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity Reporting to the DCE, you will lead Tiriti negotiations on behalf of Te Tari, ensuring a coordinated approach across branches. You will provide oversight on Te Tari's collective delivery of commitments and obligations in respect of Te Tiriti and will be the kaitiaki of organisational engagement and relationship protocols with iwi and M?ori organisations. As a champion for the aspirations of M?ori, you will create opportunities for Te Tari to partner with M?ori.
