Are you an practiced workforce management specialist with leadership abilities practice who is seeking an exciting new challenge? We are pursuing a unique individual for a newly established function within our Workforce Management function at ACC that will play a critical function as we continue on our journey to develop and enhance our workforce management capcapability and deliverables across our Operations.
The Technical Manager – Workforce Management is responsible for leading a team of workforce management specialists who are responsible for maximising the performance of our operational workforce by providing forecasting, analysis, insights and modelling. This team works closely with business leaders and delivers workforce planning and reporting to determine future service delivery requirements. this function will also lead and support continuing projects and initiatives focused on both the development of and improving the service offering of workforce management across our business – working closely with business partners and performance functions to support the narrative and influence the overall performance within the business.
Critically, you will have the following:
   » practice leading workforce management teams supporting large complex service or multi-channel environments
   » Expert expertise and application of workforce management technology and methodologies
   » Strong interpersonal expertise with the capability to make pragmatic decisions in complex and/or challenging situations
   » Exceptional stakeholder management with an excellent capability to manage and maintain strong relationships at various levels within an organisation

   » adept at helping others see the connections in the work they do every day and our purpose of improving lives every day
   » able to positively influence employee practice to build engagement.
We offer a supportive working environment with flexible working options of up to two days’ work in the house.The function is competitively remunerated – with the income range from $112,000 to $135,000 (pending practice) plus a further 9% superannuation for a combined package.
