About the function this function is a stimulating and varied function for any seasoned Customer Service, Inventory or Logistics professional looking to bring their expertiseet into a growing and thriving business. A rare opportunity for somebody to bring a blend of expertise from being the ‘go to’ person for customers when Information technology comes to dispatch, chatting with clients about ordered product pricing and quoting, to liaising with the internal sales team to ensure product is getting from A to B in time for large projects. You’ll deal with pricing, customer service and be a bit of an all-rounder when Information technology comes to coordinating online & phone/email product orders and getting them out the door, ensuring deliverables are being met. this function will see you working out of the Auckland head office and showroom and will require you to assist with incoming customers within the showroom from time to time, so excellent personal presentation and a passion for human interaction is a must. You will have one direct report. About You: • Solid practice working in a sole charge Customer Service function • Strong exposure to the logistics/inventory side of Customer Services; within products • Excellent personal presentation • Passion for beautiful things - interiors and textiles are something you can get passionate about • Always able to make a polished first impression with clients both in presentation and demeanour face to face and over the phone.
