You will thrive in being the trusted confidant and support person within your team and will be passionate about providing efficient, top-level support. On the daily, you can expect to be:

• High attention to detail when managing the internal database.
• Acting as correspondent on behalf of your team
• Coordinating and arranging internal meetings
• General billing, financial administration and office management
• General ad-hoc shared administrative tasks
About You:
• Driven individual, resilient in nature with great work ethic
• Proven track record with office support
• Exceptional communication; both written and verbal
• Strong capability to build and foster solid working relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent diary management abilities
• Second to none organisational expertise
