Customer Services RepresentativeJob location:Auckland Auckland Central Work Type: Permanent » » » CUSTOMER SERVICES REP (Medical products) • Excellent income, car park, 8.30 – 5pm, WFH mix • Highly prosperous company with excellent systems • City edge/West, by S-W motorway exit, 3 months+ Our client • Our client delivers healthcare supply chain solutions by using the best technology, systems and people, allowing those at the frontline to focus on delivering healthcare Intro • located at the Auckland office, this Customer Service Representatives function offers variety and the opportunity to work in a fast paced, well supported team environment • You will be applying your customer service expertise and interest in the medical, healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors in a compensateing function that includes client liasion with the District Health Boards, private hospitals, private healthcare providers & ACC The function • Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader, you will enjoy being part of a very reliable, long serving customer service team • As a first point of contact you will be responsible for the ‘Customer practice’ using your excellent communication expertise, together with being solution focused and possessing a high standard of professionalism • The function covers all aspects of Customer Service working closely with both external and internal customers re their Medical and Pharmaceutical consumable needs • You will be working within a busy email box environment, together with phones, data entry and queries resolution, all in a time sensitive environment • Customer data information is maintained using SAP, with Excel and Word also used You • Will have previous practice within a customer service environment (2 years minimum) • Excellent allround communication expertise with a valuable, empathetic and tactful manner • practice with MS Outlook, Word & Excel, as well as any ERP systems (SAP is used) • capability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines within a team environment On offer • Excellent negotiable income early-mid $50’s • There will be a handover and an open plan well-appointed office awaits • Hours are 8.30 to 5pm • Work in the house once trained ie 2 days/week • Free onsite parking (only 6 km’s from the city and near S/W motorway exits) • Subsidised cafeteria (full meals), generously provided by the co • Due to growth!
